This month, we’re excited to feature Dylan Faulkner, our Assistant Manager of AG Quality Sampling and Grading.
Dylan was born and raised in Bakersfield, just five miles away from Bolthouse Fresh Foods. With a degree in AG Business from CSUB, Dylan began his journey with us as an intern. Reflecting on his early days, Dylan shares, “I didn’t know what I wanted to do when I first entered college, but I knew the world always needs to eat.” Now, five years later, he has become an integral part of the AG intern program.
Starting as an intern and now overseeing the program, Dylan finds immense joy in giving back and mentoring the next generation. The AG Intern program was originally initiated by Timothy Escamilla and Joe Ferrari with support from Kevin Chin and Dylan. The program collaborates with local colleges such as Bakersfield College and CSUB, with hopes that in the future, it will incorporate other AG-focused colleges and universities.
